The house is too small for family of three. It's doesn't make sense that Sang woo's parents sleep in the little room of first floor and let their son sleep upstair for 17 years.

I think Bum is a little bit too jealous for little things, but this fit with Sang woo who've only got fake love all his life except for that girl who wrote the innocent letter. I think he craves for innocent love like that.
