Just because there was a warning doesn't make it...not a flaw... If I put "WARNING: This is a very bad story so don't read if you don't like very bad stories" in the beginning of my book, it doesn't make the book better or not subject to that exact criticism. Not saying the manga is bad btw just an example.
Like I said if you read please be advised is dangerous and you continue doing it than just accept the consequences right...
