Sociopath

While I did cry reading this, it also reminded me of my ex-boss. He was exactly like the story describes: hard worker, torturer of the office, no life outside work. When he showed up only 1 day after his younger sister's death (yes, only one day!!!) he had all the staff called him sociopath behind his back.

Well, I am no longer work for him (quit the company 4 years ago). I just wondered, are all the higher-ups sociopaths? Because of the pressure of work and everything? .. I mean, me and my normal collagues would never achieve career like that without abandoning our hobby, passion, family, or everything else we care outside of company? .. Or maybe just my thinking.
