I dont think so, its more that he will be hurted and confused by this, but then again he was toruted by his uncle too, so if he founds out Sangwoos mom did the same I think he will be wiling to help him fix his mind and get over it. In the end they are both screwed up, they need each other
I agree, they're both totally screwed up. But Bum's mind is so messed up, he just craves for Sangwoo's attention, love etc. I'm not sure he's gonna act just "confused"

I know it sounds stupid but… what if Bum kills Sangwoo or tries to kill him because he just called him "mom". I mean, Sangwoo isn't the only crazy one in this manhwa. Bum is totally crazy over Sangwoo and he is super jealous, it's like some kind of sickness. He could totally react super badly at the fact that Sangwoo called him "mom"
