I understand this but it seems alot of people don't. They wanted a reunion where Hyesung magically changed the moment he saw Byul. I guess it's what we are used to with other stories but with this Hyseung as alot of emotional trauma in his past. I really had hoped for more time as there is only 3 chapters left I think it will feel rushed :(
Empathy flew out of the window...i feel bad for buyl and dojin but with hyesung past i understand why he would react this way. He never felt he had choices, dojin also didn't give him choices. The only way this family will be together is when hyesung becomes independent.
I can agree with a few parts. But trauma can start to react, sure he may have been fighting the sense of being a whore, but his brain grew weak after being told he was loved? Idk, but I agree that we should look at both the optimist and pessimist view points.
Agreed. Though, I do think there might be a chapter where it's just him thinking out his feelings, letting his guilt run free, letting that trauma released. We can only hope :(
Alot of people are shitting on the character but if you think about it, he's afraid of loving. He was never taught how love is, and with his father always telling him he would be a whore it got to him. You need to look at the physchological affects from his childhood, he was afraid, unsure of his feelings. So yeah, if I grew up in a household where all I was told that I would be a whore everyday, it would stick. A child's mind is easily influenced, his childhood was influenced that there isn't love but just intercourse and crude endings between a relationship. Chapter 40 shows his child mind, influencing his current. Running away what he assumes would hurt him, but only hurting himself more. (づ￣ ³￣)づ
