It happens sometimes that characters acts like that but only as a tease and never have any romantic feelings : Free! / Carneval / Seraph of the End.
So we cant assume anything until theres a legit confession (or stuff like kissing without any reason than wanting to kiss)

In those kiss scenes. Was there a single time when it was purely for the sake of kissing each other? Or was it always for another purpose. Because as long as it’s not explicit romance, it can just be author teasing us.
Or, did the author said that they love each other? Will they ever actually be a couple?
No, the author said that the fans can "ship them however they want". Keep in mind she can't say that they are in a relationship "as" the author, because of those censorship laws

I saw some comments and it seems unsure if the two MCs are in a romantic relationship or if its just like intimate friendship. So is there anyone who have read the raws (or just well informed) and knows for sure which one of them it is? (also i see its categorized as Shounen Ai but i'm not sure if its the author who sets the genres or if the admin of this website who just choose xD) btw i haven't started reading this yet but if at some point they made it obvious it was a love relationship(like a confession), i would like to know at which chapter.
