It's possible the friends figured out and haven't said anything about it, but I'd say it's more likely that they simply don't know.
honestly i am more inclined to think that one of their friends might already know but i think the other 2 the short one especially does not have a clue seeing as she comes across entirely like an airhead

Does their friends know about their relationship? I was just wondering because they switch the narration (of them being lovers and being secret to everyone )from first person to third person... so im guessing that someone knew something about them (=・ω・=)
