WTF? How is this labeled horror, and tagged smut, threesome, s&m?

Those two panels reflect the emotions that the character has within a relationship. The initial lust, developing of a long term partnership which goes a bit dry, so they decide to spice it up with a threesome and s&m, the separation and fear of the new, of accepting this change in circumstance, the loneliness, still loving their ex stick partner, but coming to terms that you can love someone but be rational enough to let them go, the tragedy of the stick figure dying as the result of terminal cancer, with his ex at his bedside, because even if they no longer are a couple, they still care.
