No, there are not traumatic or unbearable scenes in Color Recipe. If you like yandere guys, you'll enjoy it.
In my opinion Color Recipe ended with the uke having stockholm syndrome. Seme's pretty fucked up I tell you. Sorry if my answer is too vague its been so long since I last read it

Just personal opinion - I could read asa to yoru (LOVE IT) but not color recipe. BUT everyone is different
I say try it :) just stay wary because it does get all worlds of fucked up and to me I felt there was trauma and I couldn’t handle it BUT I also have personal experience in the industry so a lot of things happened that REALLY DO happen in the industry and it got to be too much :)

I can imagine if you have trauma from the industry, i cant handle tragedy and all if the manga is all about my personal experience in the industry either, i remember reading one and dropping it middleway haha
Yeah people really are different, somehow I enjoyed color recipe more because i like yandere, but can't handle pure torment in asa to yoru. I guess we just have different types of f***ed up stories we like? Ahaha

I really like Yatamomo and I read one of Harada's gintama doujin where gintoki locked hijikata and looked like yandere from hell lol and then maybe I thought that Harada's works are for my cup of tea.. Sorry i really love yandere guys haha
But i feel complicated because when it's too extreme, like when I read yoru to asa, i feel its too much for me, like when yakuza guy do something to the seme (i forgot but the blonde one), i regret it immediately.. i prefer fluff and cute stories, but sometimes I crave for something twisted too (god why am i like this)
So the question is, are there any traumatic and really unbearable scene in Harada's Color Recipe? More than yoru to asa? It really depends on the person but maybe I can bear it if it had an ending like yatamomo, fluff and cute and lewd altogether..
