Not vegan but vegetarian. Funny story about y I’m a vegetarian tho. I was just to lazy to say I hate some meats and decided to just not eat any lol (=・ω・=)
Vegan + Honey
Honestly, just about everything. Lentils for your base protein, tofu and other soy-based products from time to time (not a big fan), shitton of vegetables as a base and fruits in between as a snack.
I eat very simple, though. My favorite dinner is mashed potatoes with carrot and green peas. That should say a lot, lol.
Also I stick with honey only for tea + ginger + honey + lemon combo. Great for autumn colds and well, not much else. I use date syrup as a regular sweetener.
My favorite foods change but most often they're peanut butter, popcorn, bread, jam, beans, corn, fruit, nuts, brussels sprouts, pasta, and hot spices like chipotle powder. Oh! And I love mustard and ketchup. It's how I get vegetables down. Wait, how could I forget - pumpkin! Bliss. And coffee, and chocolate, and nice cream.
I really like bread with veganaise, miso, onions, and tomato, fried polenta is also really good. lately I've been really into putting smoked paprika on anything, including buttered toast. It gives a really unique flavor. I also recently discovered a yellow coconut oil which is flavored really yummy and much healthier than earth balance: https://www.iherb.com/pr/Nutiva-Organic-Coconut-Oil-Butter-Flavor-14-fl-oz-414-ml/68678?gclid=CjwKCAjwi_b3BRAGEiwAemPNU6olOYoloYhcDCXWLhHhCiD5fdNvLGBmnUoN0lNja_B2OLrrTOJZnhoCXGwQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
