yes.. the good part of his yandereness is his dedication of pursuing Eichi (I know "pursuing" doesnt sound good here, but bear with me). Eichi was asking Akino to masturbate, expecting Akino would be disgusted that he was a homo. But Akino did it anyway because he really liked Eichi. I guess Akino is straight but his feelings towards Eichi are special.

If you look at other perspectives, this manga is quite scary Yes, Akino is loyal and truly love Eichi but he took drastic action just so Eichi look at him. This is just my opinion though.
