Guys I’m tired all the time...all the time. I have no interest in anything at the moment and I have too many tasks that can be done, NEED TO BE DONE but I can’t get myself to do it. It has been like this for months. What to do?

it's depression. seek help for it. you most likely won't get over it by yourself even if you think you could. It's much more wise to just admit it now and go talk to professionals.

You can do 5 minutes a day and increase the time. I believe (=・ω・=) Procrastination is no joke. You should push yourself even when you feel like you can't go. Continue to push. Hard work pays off (● ̄(エ) ̄●)

I agree with you. It's better to admit & seek help, because you can't help yourself no matter what you do. #-.-)

Me too. And I wasn't like this just two months ago! I wonder when will this end and how can I help myself.

I can agree with this most of the time. It's me procrastinating and trying to find something that interests me instead. lately, I can't find anything worth catching my attention instead so its just one big ride with boredom.

I've been going to counsellor but it didn't help tbh. I feel better when I talk with him but after few days my symptoms come back!

It could be burnout. which, in some ways, is a form of depression. Take a break, if you can. Or try to do something different from your usual (travel, rearrange the furniture, move to a different house, heck, change your hair color!), anything to break the seemingly endless cycle.

It's not something that goes away just with some talk sessions, although they might help. You need to undergo more throughout changing process. Maybe go see a psychiatrist or some sort of life coach.
If nothing else, at least look up Jordan Peterson. He's a a clinical psychologist and professor, and has videos on youtube about concerning people like you. He also has some sort of programs you can sign into to sort out your life, which is usually exactly what you need in this situation.
It sounds a bit harsh but so many depressed people are too proud or shy to get help, and they try to wait for better times. Don't be that person, I guarantee you it won't work - and even if it did, in the meantime you have lost so much precious time of living good and productive life that it's not worth it.

Try doing things like what hazelnutcookies mentioned, just to break the cycle & seek(not necesarily clinical or counselor people) but surround yourself with positive/motivating people thatthatbut understand what you're going through, but if you can't search or those people..
try to be in nature more(absorb more negative ions) feel the nature by walking barefoot or do things like gardening or planting.

    Same @Ananana

First thing you need to do is to accept your current state (sometimes we deny that we are in that state already) but if your family or counselors can't seem to help you, try to find something that could help you like surround yourself with nature more often(be more mindful about nature like taking a walk barefoot on the soil, enjoy the water sounds at the ocean, enjoy the sceneries or just simply spend more time in nature & absorb negative ions) or seek people who could understand what you're going through by having the same experiences & ask how they've overcome it.
