Just throwing my 2 cents here, but ...
Maybe you could join those huge server/groups in discord and try to get known there, then find some people that actually have something to say, narrow down some subjects to discuss... Yaoi is a huge genre. Are you gonna talka bout the genre itself? Or about certain aspects of it? Are you gonna discuss this as a fan or as a psychologist/lawye/publisher, etc?
I don't know... set up a plan, maybe? That would assure other people about your project, about who you are, about your goals with this podcast.
