Slide it under the lid very gently, you may want to use some oil to make it easier to slide in. then move it around a bit so the lid gets loose, then put more pressure into it and force it in between the lid and jar... i hope this helps my good friend lol

You can also just take the knife (Or spoon, or fork, or anything heavy and metal) and give the lid's edge a few good taps all the way around. It'll open after you do that as well. Fast and simple. xD
