I checked on a site I use to keep track of the statuses of mangas and animes and it would seem like this manga is actually still on-going. The novel, on the other hand, is already finished.

I am pretty sure that this series has already ended. (I read it during its animation at mangahere or mangafox, I think)
Edit: And for some reason, I can't find it anymore......
