He has oriental blood in him. Its common for boys (men too) to have feminine feature. In the extra chapter, Yuri's also said to retain her youth look despite having a 12 years old son. Studies have proved that these are traits of the orientals. Some said that it an evolution that human undergoes long long ago. Its known as neoteny.
