Remember that Seungtek asked MC how he could come out to his family, because it's selfish and is unfair on his family. He's clearly dealing with some shame at this point and is unsure what being gay really means for his future and domineering family.
I LOVEEE THIS COUPLE SO MUCH. But at the same time I hate it that it is still one-sided. Bear in mind that seungtek still doesn't admit that he loves kyubin. He just want to be with kyubin for the rest of his lives as they used to be without being a boyfriends.he just goes along with kyubin because he doesn't want to lose him. And kyubin still doesn't know seungtek loves him too. That's why he decided to stop pushing and start being an adult. It's a complicated relationship. Eventhough they are so love dovey, haa it's not enough for me.
