I think its same as everyone has a soulmate so when a cursed person falls in love with their soulmate the curse will be lifted( and the soulmate dont have any effect on them ) but for his dad he didn’t meet his soulmate so she left him after the curse was lifted ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
