Looking for a story

It was a oneshot inside a manga with multiple stories. It's about a uke that finds a cat outside and takes it in. The uke has a friends with benefit relationship with this other guy and something happens and the seme leaves. It makes the uke sad and the cat has an inner monologue about how beautiful of a person he is. The cat also runs away and when the uke wakes up he thinks everyone hes loved has left him. The seme regrets him self leaving and tries to find the cat and goes back to apologize.
