i'm 90% sure it's something along the lines of the first one, but once the next chap comes up ill slap myself if im wrong... but in one of the chapters i remember hyesung saying that he's afraid that he'll come to care for the baby. also heesoo just doesn't strike me as a bad person. he is extremely loyal to dojin and i doubt he would do anything of that sort (kidnapping i mean). its just a strong gut feeling but i can say that i am well versed in webtoon/manga drama cliches
Since Im always into drama, my theory is that he is afraid he will hurt the child like the way his parents hurt him. If u think about it, he and his child share the fact they both are the product or two unmarried people. So he is afraid and decided to leave.
Or he got kidnapped by that shit.
