Yup , I do. If I am searching by myself randomly, then I would read manga with the best art on cover or something interesting on it. If someone else recommends it, I would read it to the end. For one shots, cover doesn't matter.But this method isn't actually good cause we probably miss out a lot of good manga just cause it's in bad quality. Eg- I only read Switch, Banana Fish (before animation) and Dark heaven (it looked weird to me,ok?) after a friend on Line recommended it
Honestly when I'm starting to read a manga I check out how the art style is and if it's to my liking, I read them whatsoever even if the plot is absolute shit..
Same I read as long as the art is good also tbh this is weird but I don't like when the Seme looks like the uke its just a preference.
