They’re threatening to kill him but can they kill him right now? No! He could have easily gone indoors with them and told the, the truth, hide out for a bit but he chose not to.
of course this is a fantasy story so ideally that would work, but realisticly if he went into the castle and they had arrows aimed at him they would shoot him. He has to be very careful, he does not know who they are or who they work for, any wrong move could get him killed.
Guys, it's not the poor man's fault. They are threatening to kill him. I wouldn't be surprised if there are arrows trained on him right now.
That bastard Gobi is obviously behind this, so blame the person actually responsible for putting them all in danger.
GOBI is the bad guy here. OGI is the victim. Give the poor guy a break. Like the vast majority of us wouldn't sell someone out if someone threatened to cut our heads off.
