I love it because it's realistic. That's life. It happens. Painful things, hard things, they happen. Yaoi mangas usually end up with a happy ending with main couple. But it doesn't really have to end like that. I really liked the 4.5 chapter where he finds his new love and moves on.... ah I'm tearing up again...
