Nope!! Homosecuality was ILLEGAL in India. You could get arrested for being gay. That's different from having rights as a gay person. Gay marriage is still totally not a thing in India, and depending on what kind of family you come from, you better bottle that shit up or you'll get murdered.

Now India is also one of the countries where people can be who they are without fear. Next, let's accept it in our culture and not reject it based on some old mindset.
