that's what i thought, what's more was weird that they could have a long talk outside her house and noone came looking cause she was missing after all. and he could have gone in not only to rest but also to call the police or his family instead of trying to walk on his own, not knowing where the police station was or even where he was for a fact...
looking at how poor Miso's family is and that they're house was the last left with inhabitants it's fair to say the phoneline was cut. She was only gone one day and from a poor family so they probably thought she will return soon if she "ran away" from home or so.
if i recall correctly she said when she disappeared for a day her sisters cried all day when they couldn't find her, so i don't think just because ur poor u wont worry if ur youngest kid goes missing. but about the phone line yeah u might be correct.
She was too young to invite him inside, I think she doesn't even know that she was kidnapped / what actually happened.
And he knows that and didn't want to get her more involved than she already is. If he would have gone inside, her family would have asked questions and then miso would have realized what actually happened

He probably also just really, really, really wanted to get away from that neighborhood. He had been keeping it together for Miso’s sake, and as soon as she was safe, he booked it outta there. I don’t blame him.

What actually happened was Miso said her father was visiting her mother at the hospital because she was I'll, he sisters cried themselves to sleep after they all had visited their mother, Miso woke up because she wanted to pee. After peeing she caught a glimpse of the woman who she thought was her mother and went outside. Her sisters were still asleep during these events which explains why they don't recollect Miso being kidnapped because everything happened in the span of a few hours, Miso being kidnapped and returned home before they woke up.
Uhm, if he was exhausted and especially with the injured ankle, isnt it better to take a rest at miso's house and like treat his wounds first?
But if that was the case, No more drama and the shitz so yeah.
