a few years back I read a yaoi manga with the reverse situation. I think the uke was idol/actor/model or something and went to jungle got lost and then seme found him, so he lived with him in his village. there were lots of smut but also funny moments. at the end uke returns home, but after some time seme fallows him and they stay together in japan. I am not sure, but I think the cover was black and white.
I even went trough all my already read manga and lists but I guess I read it before I made my profile on this page （/TДT)/ ╥﹏╥ (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
