But I don't agree with that they should have another child just because they can't have biological grandchildren. Thats a weird reason to have another child.
Sadly it's not accepted everywhere that same-sex couples can adopt children. There are enough out in the world, who needs a family and love.
yeah it is a weird reason to have a child but if they really want to fulfil their selfish desires then they should and stop putting that pressure on yuyang. he deserves better. even though i dont agree with it.
that scene where he was watching his younger self cry on the floor hit me so hard. ive had so many moments like that where i wanna go back and hold my younger self whos so scared of the world. im lucky that my mother is so accepting of me and i have an aunty whos married to a woman. my heart cries for people like yuyang whos family pretend to care about him but really just want him to be 'normal'. hes not a bad person for being true to himself and although i understand the pain of feeling like youve disappointed your parents by choosing not to have biological children, its his choice so they can go ahead and have another kid like the aunty said if they want it so bad. but hes not a failed kid.
