Weren't they using Chinese honorifics at the beggining of the story? Now they all suddenly started using Korean honorifics.. I'm really confused, is this a Manhua or Manhwa?

its a korean manhwa, the translation team most likely translated from the chinese version OR its because the step brother's family is chinese. I think
