I was wondering about this too. That's what I came up with: Suzu must have up and left to go after her sensei. Thus Azuma had the chance to bring Aizawa home. Of course Suzu knows perfectly what's going on between those two.
so there was a little exchange between aunt suzu and azuma which i didn't quite get. it's bothering me
A: "Suzu! you gotta quit sneaking off home by yourself. It's not fair to aizawa san."
S: "it's better this way. see ya"
