It’s an anime, not a manga, but you could try watching ghost stories (the dubbed version of course). It’s about a quasi-lesbian ghost killer and her friends, so exactly like ghost hunt, but better.

I didnt know it had a manga, I was just thinking of the dubbed anime that was a gift from god himself. The only anime I can think of where the dubbed is 1000x better than the subbed... if you don’t know the story behind it basically it was a mediocre anime that didn’t sell well in Japan, so they told the American dubbing team to do whatever the heck they wanted, and the result was glorious.
