If your first language is English then German should be easier but Latin languages are highly emotional ..it's a trip on it's own.. i recommed
Uuuuuuuh just so we're clear French is spoken in France, Switzerland and Belgium, and also in like a fourth of Africa, and in a small part of Canada, and in a lot of islands... So more than German (Europe only)
If German is easier to learn for you though, just go for it. You only need English in your professional life anyways ╮(￣▽￣)╭ (excepts for translators and teachers)
Im doing a Study where they want you to choose a second foreign language either german or french. I just finished this introduction week. And i was placed in a French class even tho i wanted to do german. But they couldn’t place me in a German class yet. So i made sort of friends with the frenchclasspeople.
But the Question is Should i Transfer to a german class or stay in the french class?
Pros en Cons
- i have done French for 3 years. ( first,second and third year of highschool)
- i have done german for 4 years ( second third and fourth and last year of highschool)
- i did german National exam but i got a 5 and our scale of grades goes from 1 to 10, 1 being bad, 10 a perfect
- i made friends already in the french class
- german is more effiecient, because more people speak it
Help please i just cant make a desicion because im scared that im gonna regret it. What if i stay in french class but i suck. What if i go to the German class but they arent fun.
