Maybe bc he fell in love?
I suspect that his power was kind of like a security measure against scum partners. Once he found somebody that truly loved him and he came to love that person in return his powers up and returned to the world of 'Gold Fingers'.
he can see people's thoughts when they 'like' him so i thought it was because they genuinely fell in love so it didn't happen anymore

That's also correct, but the feelings of others toward Soohan can't only be left up to the word 'like' because of people having crushes on him like the girls at school. The time when he was having a flash back, there was also panel with his mother where Soohan heard her think of him as a monster when he told her about his power. So maybe it would be more correct for the precept of his ability to be termed as 'goodwill'(?), or perhaps that's to broad of a term....
Either way, yes. The main reason for his power disappearing should be because he fell in love with Jiho so he doesn't need to care about how others think about him anymore.
Someone please tell me why he lost his power?
