First part is when they were roommates in military school. Then I guess the scenes on the train, the visit to the emperor, and then the current story with all that political and military confusion, along with the rape and battle moments.
I just started reading this but is it me or was the story supposed to be jumping here and there? I'm super confused about which part of the story comes first.
