I like MD and Chanwoo, but I think they're actually more cliche than DG and Jiwon. Let me explain: MD = Perfect seme who's uke just likes him right off the bat. Chanwoo: Perfect uke who just likes his seme right off the bat. That's not how relationships work. Maybe in yaoi fiction it does....And that's perfectly fine. I condone this easiness. Now, don't get me wrong, DG and Jiwon's "relationship" isn't exactly 100% realistic either but it's a lot closer to what something real would look like and I can relate.

Jiwon: popular, gorgeous guy who's good at everything, everyone loves him, model student, and doesn't like the uke back
DG: uke who falls in love from the beginning despite not personally knowing the seme, isn't as popular as the seme, feelings are unreciprocated, follows the seme around (until finally in the last chp he stopped)
There are all TOTAL clichés.
Also, MD and Chanwoo didn't like each other in the beginning. When they met while Chanwoo was drunk, MD was looking down on him. Then once Chanwoo was sober, he first rejected MD's proposition. Neither of them have confessed to be in love with each other, but rather got together to please each other's sexual needs. They have a much more mature relationship. There are no cliché misunderstandings or fights that could easily be solved with communication (so far). And no, I've rarely every seen a couple as messed up and confused as Jiwon and DG in everyday life, but I respect your opinion :)
To be honest...at this point...I'd prefer to focus on a story about MD and Chanwoo. Less cliché, healthy, sexy, and consensual, what else could anyone ask for? ;)
