Lol I’m a kpop fan too but what if something like this happened to a member of BTS, then everyone would rage and get triggered. Sorry but I just thought of that when I was reading this manga and your comment.
Ugh it would be such a mess hah, I remember all the times fans overreacted as soon as a member interacts with the opposite sex, that's just so sad and pathetic in a way (#－.－)
(for example when Taehyung had fun with Bebe Rexha during the BBMAs and fans hated on her instagram when she posted pics/videos, or when they hated on Suran for her friendship with Suga and so on)
Well the problem also comes from the members unfortunately, I love them but damn I wish they would stop acting like ARMYs are their girlfriends and feeding the delusion.
And oh god if they were to make a statement just like in this story ... RIP to their career, I wish it would happen but like I said unlike the manga it wouldn't end well lol.

as a kpop fan i think if we are truly a fan we will accept if their fav in relationship...because idol also human being fallin in luv and make a mistake..their life not belong to us...as a fan we will support their career..if their make a mistake..we also have support and guide them..to be a better person..that also responsibility as their family (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Being a K-Pop fan it felt so real omg, I've seen it happen to some extent and I can imagine it happen in real life ! Except it wouldn't end well.
The author must have based it on one of those big "dating scandal"
I'm glad to see how much they love each other ! and I loved Ryo ! Wow so surprised and happy that he admitted his real feelings (it didn't go the cliche way)
But I disliked the president, she was a real president ok but please stop with the "family" " I raised you" because no you don't love him, you don't give a damn about his happiness as a person and you called him a product.
