Maybe they are gonna make us believe she's the ex but at the end there's gonna be some "oh fuck how" shit and he's gonna be her son (from another man). He's talking about a broken relationship, so it doesn't have to be sexual at all. They kinda look alike and is weird to find females (even more mature) being an ex in webtoon yaois. It will surprise me if it ends up being true; it could be really refreshing.
