in other words he made those dudes and that sunbae bully jisoo and pretended he was saving him from the bullies just to get jisoo to like him and depend on him

read back a few chapters and you will see that asshole sunbae say that hyunwoo made him do everything so basically everything that jisoo went through was because of hyunwoo :(
oh no he was basically a psychopath with a superhero complex. I believe he made jisoo go through that so he can “save” him just like the dog from his childhood and because of that he thinks jisoo as his.
What did Hyunwoo do to Jiso?? I just started reading this again after so long and i totally forgot o.o I thought they were good friends and kissed once... then Jiso was nearly raped by someone else and Hyunwoo helped him and also told him he was sick and left... or do I remember it wrong? I'm confused and I'd be soooo happy if someone could explain it in short <3
