Unrealistic but the art is good and the relationship is cute

I don’t like how he is so quick to change himself for this guy he never he talked to. Plus, surgery doesn’t really do that, he had a major surgery yet you lead me to believe that there would be no scars, pain, or anything the literal next day basically??!! Plus, why add that factor in at all, that being the “gets surgery to look hotter”, part? If it plays a bigger role in the story later on then okay but as of now it’s only a small part, like, if you took that part out the story would hardly be any different as of now, it could’ve just been that he moved in next door and already looked like he does now and then they ended up falling in love and the story wouldn’t lose hardly anything. If at all, it would gain logic and reason ability. That being said, I love the art style and the seme is an adorable little cinnamon roll and he really breaks the stereotypes of most semes and uke and the relationship is really frickin cute. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
