The ex boyfriend was abusive and controlling, and put Jisuh into a lot of debt, which is one of the things that Heejae used to get Jisuh to even film him at the start of the story. The really bad thing that Heejae did was that he paid this ex boyfriend to show up and scare Jisuh, so that Heejae can come and be his knight in shining armor despite setting the whole thing up.
This entire time Heejae has been manipulating and controlling a lot of the bad stuff the Jisuh has been through just to make him fall in love with him.

I don't get why is Jisuh is mad and who is this "ex boyfriend" they were talking about and what has he done? Can someone explain please???
