Who said "Rape"? Maybe you are reading too much rape manga that you think pin-down is synonymous to rape when it's not. I don't know what kind of manga you read...... but a character might pin-down someone and it led to consensual scenes. (Ex. Nekoka Kareshi series, Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki etc.)

Common sense, if you read this manga through~ you'd know Doumeki would know that it's USELESS to force himself on Yashiro. Yashiro wants a "rough Doumeki".. rape is basically useless on Yashiro since he's a maso-sex-addict, who wants Doumeki to go apeshit on him, and basically asked for it the moment he knew Doumeki got cured. So if Doumeki pushed Yashiro down, it's not to "rape him" and it won't lead to force or rape Bec. It's not doumeki's style... I can't believe I have to explain this to newbies. Doumeki used "pin down".. doesn't mean rape.
You did in the 4th comment above you wrote that what would. be considered an extra push here would be considered rape in another manga, the other commenters and I are saying Yashiro may think he wants rough sex because that is how he has always been treated and that was the only way to get off..but D got him off with gentle sex all.night.long no one has revealed a 'negative mind' here so far, though @someperv suggests a re-read for you
It wasn't in reference to rape though, things are a bit more -complicated- here. Doumeki knows that Yashiro's wants violent sex, to him it's a way of disassociating. Whereas Doumeki wants Yashiro to have an emotional connection, he doesn't want to hurt him. Doumeki saying he can pin him down, could mean that he wont take his shit, like everyone else, he can stand up for himself, or do what he thinks is right in order to protect Yashiro, he is fiercely loyal and protective. Doumeki also has his own issues with feeling like he could be like his dad, or that he could be like the other men who Yashiro is with, but he's not, his dominance is expressed in other ways, and it's not violence or rape, as Yashiro knows. Yashiro is more frightened of having an emotional connection. As readers we see the full picture, but for Doumeki he was dealing with Yashiro running away without saying goodbye or leaving any reasoning.
Then do it Doumeki do it!(づ￣ ³￣)づ I'm tired of Yashiro lyng to himself...
