Forgot yaoi manga title

Need help to find a yaoi manga, I read it a long time ago and can't remember much but it's about a uke who's a school doctor(I think) and the seme is a highschool student there. The seme grew up messed up cause of his mom and uses violence to express love cause that's the only "love" he received from his mom. Uke tries to fix this and I think they enter a relationship just so uke can teach seme love. But it goes wrong and seme doesn't learn instead the uke begins to understand him and realizes that it's the only way seme CAN show love. The opposite has happened and it's the uke that has been kinda brainwashed and accepts the seems "love" The seme isn't a jerk though, he really does love the uke, it's just that violence was all he was ever taught as a kid which messed him up.
