Ok so....
Is Secretary Kim in love with the person who went missing. So even though it appears that she likes the Vice President, she would jump at the chance to be with a guy she barely remember. I know I'm just jumping to conclusions after reading ch. 28, but I don't want the story to turn into a cliche romance triangle between brothers.
