The seme did the background check with the uke and found out his weakness, which is his manipulative, abusive ex. Then he paid the ex to show up once in a while to Jisuh to trigger his trauma making Jisuh seek comfort to the seme. Basically he was pulling strings for the uke to come to him. The blue-haired guy is the abusive ex.
