Tbh, I’ve always been avoiding stupid romance mangas - until recently, so I don’t actually know whether there’s more ukes being stronger or female leads being stronger lmao. If you’d like I can recommend some of my favourite strong character mangas though.

Some yaoi no different from this one...still I read because the fujoshi in me is stronger. Though I completely dropped "A man Like You". That was like wtf mc guy.
This is why I read yaoi manga over shoujo. Shoujo manga with a strong female leads that is not ditzy or tsundere is hard to come by.
