Its not really a serious manga but if it was you have to remember that it seems Koki knows Teru can't say no. If he confessed he wouldn't know if Teru actually meant it or just couldn't refuse.

I think I rather have Yuga(?) with Teru, if you think about it Yuga did confess first. Koki never did he just got jealous and did that to him make poor Teru think it was just to help. So I’m kinda glad Yuga and Teru had more of a bond happening in this chapter.
Though I love me some 3p action lololol
