I think the end is same as Hannibal's 3rd season. Now if you haven't seen Hannibal yet I don't wanna ruin anything, so go watch it. It's one of the best series out there.
But I don't get why he went to meet Junsik in prison what happened there. Or did he really go there ? Maybe Junsik went crazy and started seeing things.
Kyunghee (uke/su) is completely broken and slowly destroying himself. Likely, he’s contemplating murder-suicide or double suicide with Sihyun (seme/gong) to join the mother. Kyunghee fell apart over guilt of his mother’s death. Sihyun has a possibility of falling apart if Sihyun dies, hence why he is “taking care” of Kyunghee.

Not sure, but probably Kang wanted to show that after a year, Kyunghee was completely dead inside. He had no emotions upon facing his mother’s murderer: no anger, no pity, etc. Also to show that Junsik became obsessed with Kyunghee, following in the steps of Sihyun.
Yes. I really strongly suggest go watch Hannibal series. It's a very dark love story where a cannibal falls in love. And the director has represented it so beautifully that I don't have words how to describe. You just gotta watch it. (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Well somehow i can see that the uke try to kill himslef numerous times...
But i do't understand with the las line the uke said....
And is the uke got some disease or something after his mom death???
