Pretty sure he did die. In volume 7, there's a little bio that said Seiichi quit B&B for a time, but returned with Jin's encouragement. He quit when he fell in love with Tomoki and when he died Jin eventually got Seiichi to come back. I can't remember if a character mentioned Seiichi taking a break because of his lover's death. If there is a mention, it should be somewhere in volume 7.

I read this many time! I couldn’t stop, Love it. But one thing it’s bother me about chapter 6 and 2.2, Is tomoki dead that’s end page?? He had brain tumor. Please tell me is he?
