Why?

A lot of people seem to be confused by the dialogue and story and I dont get why? I find the translation pretty easy to follow and I like the word choice and structure so i was just wondering what people don't understand (although for some I'm sure it's just because they read this before the first one).

Indeed, and that's my case! XD thanks for your comment, now I know that I definitely missed a BIG part of the story ^^

I read the first one first, but I'm still pretty lost (^_^;). I get the gist of the story for sure, but it's like things were vague enough that I was in this perpetual state of mild confusion, not *precisely* sure what was happening. I still enjoyed it, but as I come out of reading both of them, I'm just vaguely confused even though I had a good time, if that makes any sense?

I began reading this story the 11 october 2015(the day it came out on Mangago) and I reread this story so many times and know I know why it's called 23:45
(๑•ㅂ•)و✧ This problem will always be the same in this manga lolol

rather than the words I think what contributed most to the confusion was all the "memories" jumping around. Like one minute we are in the present where he...

...has come out of his coma for a while now and is just living normally, then it flips to him right after coming out of the coma and having a sense of urgency, then it flips to him currently trying to find his missing memories, then it flips to a brief wisp of his missing memory.

that is more difficult to follow than the actual dialogue.

The gost always began to move without noticing when it was 23:45. That's it.
