PLEASE HELP

hello, Im looking for yaoi/Shounen Ai (i think it was yaoi).
I remmber it was tellling the story of a young student (middle school i think) that was in love with the school nurse.
the student had a best friend who had a crush on him and a friend who is a girl that had a crush on the best friend.
the school nurse had a brother (not blood related) who he was in love with but the brother had a lover.
at the end the student (main charecter) and the school nurse where together, the best friend and the girl where a couple and
the brother of the nurse was with his lover.
It was *not* a one shot, Tragedy, horro.
