Im kinda confused on what happened... Hmmmm.... Nah my brain hurts tryin to understand

Well in short, the brother ran off because he couldn’t take it that he’s younger brother doesn’t kinda need him to be by his side. So the seme found him and took him in (because he reminds him of his cat that ran away). The seme wants to keep him because he adores him more like obsessed to the point he put his name on the brother (like branding him as he the one who owns him). Basically it’s about a possessive type of seme
